Two pharmacists, one goal

EduSphere exists to make pharmacy college material easier to follow — explained by people who work in the field every day.

Why we teach

Pharmacy degrees are demanding, and the material is dense. Good teaching is what turns a page of mechanisms and interactions into something a student can actually use.

The EduSphere channel grew from that idea — clear explanations, paced for students, and grounded in the realities of pharmacy practice. What started as a way to share notes became a channel with more than 10,000+ subscribers, and this site is its home: the same lessons, organised and easy to return to.

Everything here is free. If a lesson helps you understand a topic better, it has done its job.

Taught from practice

Both of us work as pharmacists — in oncology, in community pharmacy and in industry — so the examples come from real practice rather than only from a textbook.

Who is behind EduSphere

Mahdi Habl Al-Mateen

Clinical Pharmacist & Academic Researcher

Mahdi is a clinical pharmacist specialising in oncology at the Warith International Cancer Institute, where his work sits at the intersection of patient care and pharmaceutical research. Alongside his clinical role he is an academic researcher and an international faculty member at Iraqi Pharmacy Academy Ltd in the UK.

He is currently an M.Sc. student in Pharmaceutical Chemistry at the University of Kufa, and graduated top of his class at Al-Ameed University College of Pharmacy. He founded and grew The EduSphere YouTube channel to more than 10,000 subscribers, and now brings that same teaching work to EduSphere.

Hasanain Alaa

Pharmacist & Medical Representative

Hasanain is a pharmacist and medical representative based in Karbala. His background covers community pharmacy dispensing, patient counselling, and pharmaceutical brand promotion to healthcare professionals — the day-to-day reality of pharmacy practice that the EduSphere lessons are built around.

He graduated in the top 8 of his class at Al-Ameed University, and looks after the practical and community side of EduSphere.
